The AMVR™ Worksheet

The AMVR™ Worksheet is an analytical tool that investors, fiduciaries and attorneys can use to evaluate the cost-efficiency of actively managed mutual funds. Various studies have found that the cost-efficiency of a mutual fund, particularly its annual expense ratio and its trading costs, have proven to be reliable indicators of a fund’s future performance.

The AMVR metric (AMVR) and the AMVR Worksheet are both based on past performance and past information. The AMVR uses data regarding past performance and other past information about s fund to analyze a fund’s cost-efficiency. However, due to the inherent limitations of any analytical tool and the nature of the investment markets, provision of the AMVR Worksheet herein neither is, nor is intended to be, a representation or guarantee of any kind as to the accuracy of predictive power of the AMVR metric or the AMVR Worksheet.

InvestSense, its members, and other personnel, hereby expressly disclaim liability for any damages, consequential or otherwise, resulting from the use of either the AMVR metric or the AMVR Worksheet. Users of either the AMVR metric and/or the AMVR Worksheet expressly understand and agree that in using the AMVR metric and/or the AMVR Worksheet, they do so at their own risk.
